HOW CAN I EARN POINTS?

Logged in and making your next purchase? You’re automatically collecting points. You can then spend these on future orders by converting your points into coupons. Your points are calculated based on the value of the products in your cart, after discounts, and not inclusive of taxes and shipping.

HOW CAN I REDEEM POINTS?

If you’ve accumulated enough points to redeem them, you’ll have the option of using your points as a payment method at check-out.

This information, as well as your balance and the monetary equivalent this balance, will be displayed in the Payment Method area of checkout.

Redeemable reward points can be used in conjunction with any other standard payment methods such as credit cards or ROBE gift cards.

CAN I MANAGE MY POINTS?

You’ll be able to view and manage your points directly through your account. From here, you’ll be able to view your points (and currency equivalent), the minimum needed to redeem, and your points history. This record will retain and display historical rates and currency for informational purposes. It will also show you important information regarding your points, including any expiration notifications.

WILL MY POINTS EXPIRE?

Your RITUAL points will be valid for 24 months / 2 years and will expire in the order form which they were first earned. Remember, you can sign-up to receive email notifications each time your balance changes when you either earn, redeem or lose points, as well as point expiration notifications.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

If for some reason return an order, the points you earned with that purchase will be cancelled when you get your money refunded back to you.
