Our Returns and Refunds Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Robe Haircare goodies (unlikely!), we would love to make things right for you. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get back to you ASAP to help resolve any issues.
Robe Haircare return policy allows customers to return within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. In the case of damaged or lost items, please contact us immediately for assistance. Products must be returned in original, unused condition. Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set. Shipping fees are non-refundable and return postage costs are at the customers' expense. We suggest returning your items via registered post with insurance to ensure that your return arrives safely to us, as we accept no responsibility for any items that may be lost, stolen or damaged during transit.
Robe Haircare can only issue refunds for items purchased from robehaircare.com. If your purchase was made via one of our salon stockists, you will need to return to them per their return policy.
Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment after the return has been received and approved by our team.
Customers who would like to return a product can email email@example.com for return instructions. Please allow 5 business days for your return to be processed after it has been received on our end. You will receive email confirmation once processed.
If you experience an allergic reaction to a Robe Haircare product, please stop use immediately and get in touch with our customer service team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
To the extent permitted by law, please provide us with a photo of the reaction and a copy of your order confirmation. We request that the product be used no more than 15%.
