Yes! Unlike many traditional conditioners, ROBE Thickening Conditioner was developed to be used from scalp to ends.

When I created the formula, I wanted to challenge the idea that people with fine hair should always avoid conditioning their roots.

Alongside lightweight conditioning ingredients, I included botanical extracts such as ginger and saw palmetto as part of ROBE's scalp-first approach to haircare.

Gently massage through your scalp and lengths, then rinse thoroughly.

And if you prefer to condition only your mid-lengths and ends, that's perfectly fine too. The most important thing is finding a ritual that works for your hair.

When I developed ROBE, I wanted to create haircare that went beyond immediate cosmetic results.

As a hairstylist, I realised that someone asking for more volume wasn't always looking for bigger hair on wash day. Often, they wanted naturally fuller, healthier-looking hair every day.

If your hair is naturally fine and you want it to feel fuller, I'd usually recommend starting with Thickening Conditioner. It's our lightest conditioning formula, designed to provide softness and natural movement without weighing fine hair down.

However, colouring — particularly bleaching or permanent colouring — can leave hair feeling drier and needing additional conditioning.

If that's the case, try mixing the ranges. You could pair Thickening Shampoo with Lengthening Conditioner, or Lengthening Shampoo with Thickening Conditioner, to find your ideal balance of hydration and fullness.

You could also use the Thickening range and apply a drop of ROBE Elixir through damp mid-lengths and ends for extra lightweight nourishment.

My advice is to start with our 10ml shampoo and conditioner sachets and experiment with different combinations before committing to full sizes.
